REQUIRED EQUIPMENT LIST

All swimmers will receive a team training swimsuit, t-shirt, and silicone cap from the club. Replacement caps will be billed to your account.

1. Training swimsuit (x2) - One Arena brand, navy swimsuit is provided by the club. Swimmers may wear racing suits at meets, elsewise they wear their Arena brand navy swimsuit to meets.
2. Goggles (x2) - Junior, women’s or adult vary in size of lenses and bridges, prescription goggles are called optical) clear lenses have the best indoor visibility and mirrored are best in sunlight. 
3. Small kick board - bigger is not better. The YMCA’s can be borrowed if available but should not be relied upon. The Finis alignment board is our top pick.
4. Mesh equipment bag (recommended with a pocket) for practice.  This is for all your wet gear.
5. Swim towels (recommend 2 at meets). Swim towels are small and two can fit in your backpack easily.
6. Refillable water bottle (sports type have a squeeze top for an easier drink). Please bring to practices and meets.
7. Short blade fins (there are adult and kid sizes).  Do not purchase diving or long fins!

Junior Development, Development, Junior, Senior, and Jr/Sr Performance groups:

• Swim Snorkel with a one-way valve. Not a diving snorkel. (Finis Freestyle is great)
• Pull buoy (Finis Alignment Kickboard can be used as a pull buoy)

Development, Jr/Sr Performance groups:

• Small hand paddles (they should not be any bigger than the swimmers' hand by more than 10%)

• Young swimmers may find the pool cold. Rash guards are allowed for practice only.
• Goggle cases will save your lenses from unnecessary scratches
