In order to take part in the team, we require that you meet the following standards:

1. Must be 6 years of age or older
2. Be able to count
3. Must be coachable; able to listen to and follow instructions and corrections from our coaches. 
4. Be able to swim unassisted across the length of the pool without stopping (25m)
5. Be able to swim underwater
6. Be able to swim unassisted in the deep end of the pool

Tryouts/Assessments: 

Tryouts are free and take place in September.

Swimmers will be placed into a training group according to the coach’s assessment of their developmental ability.
