This award is awarded to a junior swimmer who has shown improvement in meeting the coach's goals and consistently demonstrates a positive and respectful attitude when interacting with coaches, teammates, officials, and competitors. They exhibit effective listening and communication skills while understanding and supporting the club's philosophies. Moreover, the athlete consistently swims to the best of their ability in practice, time trials, and meets.
